5th grade teacher Loni Folks accused of having sex with exchange student

24 year old not-ugly Loni Folks, 5th grade teacher at W.L. Smith Elementary in Petal, Mississippi was arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16 year old male exchange student.

The boy was living with Folks and her husband at the time the alleged relationship took place. She was arrested on charges of sexual battery in January 2008 after a complaint from 'a member of the community', aka: a snitch with nothing better to do.

Folks was released on $30,000 bond and suspended from the school. Her trial is set to start August 8th.
