Art teacher Stephen Hume sentenced in hidden camera case

Stephen Hume, former art teacher at Thatcher High School in Thatcher, Arizona has been sentenced to one year in jail, probation, and sex offender registration on 6 counts of voyeurism and surreptitious photography, one for each victim.

Hume was arrested in Februrary on allegations that he recorded video of students changing clothes for art projects. Originally charged with 14 counts, his plea deal dropped 8 of them.

It is at his probation officers discretion to take away the sex offender registration requirement, based on his successful completion of probation.
