59 year old Ting-Yi Oei, an assistant principal at Freedom High School in South Riding, Virginia, has been indicted on child pornography charges. Oei is reportedly accused of possessing an inappropriate photo of a female student, taken by another student on a cell phone.

Oei was originally charged with misdemeanors for failing to report suspicion of child abuse or neglect, because when Oei came into possession of the photo in March 2008, he did not notify the authorities. The charges were eventually dropped and Oei returned to work at the school, preparing for the upcoming school year. He was arrested at the school.

This might just be a case of "oops I forgot to turn the picture in", or a case of "mmmm shes a hot little mama, I'll keep this gem to myself, cuz I'm a sick weirdo". We'll have to find out in court I suppose.
