Band teacher Lief Albaugh arrested for child porn
Police executed a search warrant on Albaughs home where they allegedly found numerous images of underage boys and girls engaged in sexual activity. His laptop was seized, as well as his work computer.
Albaugh is free on $20,000 bond. JailBETA is curious to know if had certain body parts of the underage boys and girls were covered by liefs, or lieves, if these charges would stick.
Update -- 07/21/2008
Albaugh has appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to one charge of possession of child pornography. Albaugh was also charged with an additional count of posession of child pornography, though no plea has been made on that charge. Albaugh remains free on bond.
