Basketball coach Daniel Utter arrested for sexual assault of female student

34 year old Daniel Utter, the former girls basketball coach at Paris High School in Paris, Arkansas has been arrested following allegations he sexually assaulted a female student at his old job in the Cabot school district.

It is alleged that Utter and the girl had a sexual relationship described by the girl as "Boyfriend and girlfriend". The girls father confronted utter and he admitted to the sexual relationship. Utter kissed and fondled the girl, and later had sex with her 3 times in a Jacksonville hotel room, in 2005.

Utter resigned after his February 2008 arrest.
