Bradley Dieffenbacher pleads guilty to internet sex crimes

32 year old former middle school teacher at M.S. 190Q in Forest Hills, Queens, NY, Bradley Dieffenbacher, has pleaded guilty to one count of attempted use of a child in a sexual performance.

Dieffenbacher is accused of having sexually explicit online conversations with 8 of his students, who were 12-13 years old. He is said to have given them links to porn websites as well as telling one student to masturbate on camera, while Dieffenbacher watched. The incidents are reported to have happened between April 2007 and March 2008.

As part of his guilty plea he will lose his teaching license and be registered as a sex offender. He faces a 6 month jail sentence and 4 1/2 years probation when he is sentenced.
