Brenda Baillargeon pleads no contest to sex with student

The charges stem from a sexual relationship she had with a 16 year old male student. The student says they had sex 10 times total, in the boys house, in a cabin, and in Baillargeons home as well.
Baillargeon was investigated after the mother got a restraining order on the teacher. The mother received cell phone bills with numerous calls to and from the teacher, on her sons cell phone. Baillargeon says that the boy called her so many times that she had to answer them.
She faces a total of 31 years in prison, and a lifetime sentence of remaining a wildebeast lookalike.
Update -- 07/24/2008
Brenda Baillargeon has been sentenced to one year of work release, and 15 years of probation following that. She has also been completely banished from the city she lives in, due to her lack of compliance with past no-contact orders with the boy.
The judge advised Baillargeon that she is not to contact the boy for the entire 15 year period of her probation sentence. Breaking that condition would result in a mandatory 5 year prison sentence.
