Bus driver Eugene Hargrove arrested for kidnapping and sex charges with 13 year old girl

Eugene Hargroves, the 36 year old bus driver in the St. Louis public school district in St. Louis Missouri has been arrested for child kidnapping, third degree assault and third degree sexual misconduct.

Hargroves is accused of refusing to let the 13 year old girl off the bus, groping the girls butt, as well as asking the girl to engage in some form of sexual activity.

Hargroves was free on $50,000 bond. Details of his employment status were not immediately available.
