Bus Driver Rowdy Willis arrested for sex with 15 year old

25 year old Rowdy Willis, who's relationship to Rowdy Roddy Piper is unknown, a school bus driver for the Hulbert Public Schools, in Hulbert, Oklahoma has been arrested for his consensual sexual relationship with a 15 year old student.

Willis has been charged with second degree rape after the girl told her parents and police that the two had sexual intercourse at Willis' home back in April of 2008. Subsequently the girl was moved to Kansas to live with relatives, and it is reported that she has since run away from home. Apparently the bus drivers in Kansas just aren't that hot.

Willis remains in jail on a $75,000 bond, and will probably be serving prison time. When he gets out, the girl will be of legal age though, so thats something to look forward to. Apparently in Kansas, the legal age of consent is 20 years old, when the younger is a student in some or any form of control held by the person over the the age of consent. Good information to have for all you Oaklahomies.
