CA Teacher Armando Rodriguez arrested for kissing female student

Armando Rodriguez, the 34 year old teacher at Castle Park High School in Chula Vista, California has been arrested and charged with 7 counts of annoying or molesting a child.

Rodriguez is accused of french kissing a 16 year old female student at the school on 7 different occasions. Rodriguez has pleaded not guilty on all 7 counts.

Rodriguez was released on his own recognizance and will be back in court September 2nd.
