Carlos Valencia gets probation for touching student
In accordance with his plea deal, Valencia will receive a 5 year deferred sentence. After his 5 years of probation, if completed successfully, Valencia will have all charges cleared from his record.
The charges of an improper relationship with an 18 year old student stem an incident in which Valencia allegedly groped the girl, told her she was 'hot' and 'sexy'.
Valencia was reported 'anonymously' to authorities. Yeah. Anonymously. Not by the victim. Nooooo, not at all.
