Cedrick Holmes31 year old in-school suspension assistant at Sweetwater High School in Sweetwater, Tennessee, Cedrick Holmes was arrested on one count of statutory rape and two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. The charges stem from allegations that Holmes had a sexual relationship with 3 different female students at the school.

Holmes apparently went to the police on allegations from people in the community that he had sexually assaulted the girls, and after a short interview Holmes admitted to sex with the 17 year old girl, and also admitted to sexual assault of at least 2 other students at the school.

Holmes is being held on $10,000 bond.
