Chad Smith sentenced to 10 years in prison for sex with 14 year old

28 year old Chad Smith pleaded guilty to first degree sexual assault on a team member. Smith was the girls basketball coach at Delight High School in Delight, Arkansas.

Six of the ten year sentence will be suspended, and he will be required to serve at least 2 years of his remaining 4.

Arkansas Department of Corrections: we can't keep somebody in prison for their full sentence.
