Young allegedly got into a discussion with another school employee about the wonderful operating system known as Windows Vista, the greatest thing to happen to computers since ASP.NET. During this discussion Young let the resource officer use his computer. While using Young's computer, the resource officer noticed a recently opened file with a title mentioning '12 year old oral sex'. The resource officer reported it to police, who then obtained and executed a search warrant for Young's computer, where they found over 60 images of young boys posing and performing sexual acts.
Young has admitted to downloading, viewing, and masturbating to the child porn on his computer. He turned himself into jail and was subsequently released on bond.
