Christopher Neil, the 32 year old teacher from Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada who is accused of molesting dozens of Cambodian and Vietnamese boys and posting pictures of it on the internet, is set to be sentenced in Thailand for his sexual assault of a 13 year old boy there.

Neil faces up to 10 years in prison for that one charge, and knowing how awesomely not-lenient the Thai courts are, he may do that entire 10 years, and rightfully so.

Neil is known as "swirlyface" because the photos he posted of himself molesting young boys were digitally altered, with his face being a big swirl. Experts digitally unaltered it and his identity was confirmed by a victim.

I am not pleased to report that Christopher Neil has been sentenced to only 3 years in a Thailand prison. Although, I'm sure 3 years in a Thailand prison is like 147 life sentences in a US prison, still. His crimes do not justify a 3 year sentence anywhere. May rape and torture be with you Mr. Neil.
