Balogh was found guilty of second-degree sexual assault, four years for third-degree criminal sexual contact and one year for fourth-degree criminal sexual contact. The incidents she is accused of happened at a different school, Immaculata High School, a Catholic private school, in Somerville, New Jersey, at which Balogh was a teacher and basketball coach. As a basketball coach she led the girls bastketball team to numerous championships, and as a basketball player herself at Temple University, Balogh holds the most scoring player record, still.
Balogh allegedly assaulted the girl multiple times, mostly in the coaches office, but sometimes elsewhere.
