Between 2000 and 2003, Bowen allegedly had sex with an underage female relative. Police originally charged Bowen with just aggravated sexual battery, but later on into their investigation they found facts to lead to the incest and molestation charges. It is possible that Bowen may face additional charges pending investigation.
Bowen, who was also a basketball and track coach, was fired from the school, and is being held in the county jail.

He was found guilty on all 4 counts this date and will no longer husrt any children. Check Newnan times tomorrow morning.
