Creepy ass janitor Herb Allen arrested for kissing 13 year old

Herbert Allen, the 64 year old reason that janitors have a bad reputation, who worked at the Model Creek School, in Peeples Valley, Arizona, has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault with sexual motivation.

It is alleged that Allen asked the student, a 13 year old female, to come into a back room of the school. She did so, and after she did, it is reported that Allen gave her a hug, then kissed her on the lips for a couple seconds. The girl told her mother who then called police.

After police investigated further, it seems Mr. Allen may have a little obsession with the poor girl. Police report that Allen often hugged the girl, held her hand, and would give her the 'once-over' when in the same area together. Furthermore, Allen allegedly signed the girls yearbook with YSFL, which is the nickname he gave the girl. Stumped yet? Young Sexy Foxy Lady.

I came up with my own acronym for Allen. CAJG. I'll sign that on his prison yearbook. Creepy Ass Janitor Guy.
