David Layman arrested for molesting 7 year old boy

Layman is charged with lewd or lascivious molestation and lewd or lascivious conduct. He is currently being held in the Broward County Jail without bond.
Layman is accused of repeatedly fondling the young boy during a private piano lesson at Laymans home. If he is guilty, he will have a great time for the next 20 or so years, seeing all the inventive ways Florida State Prisoners can come up with to fondle him.
Update -- 04/18/2008
Allegedly 2 other 9 year old boys have come forward accusing Layman of sexual assault. One of the boy claims he was assaulted during a music lesson at a charter school. The boy says that on numerous occasions Layman invited the boy to sit on his lap, and then touched and rubbed his groin area. Layman is still held without bond.
Update -- 05/06/2008
Layman has been charged with two new counts of fondling a child. He loses.
