Delvarin Milloy arrested for sex with student

Delvarin Milloy, a 28 year old former teacher at Mount Olive Attendance Center, in Mount Olive, Mississippi has been arrested amid allegations of sexual abuse of a 13 year old female student in September of 2005.

Milloy is accused of having sex with the student on at least one occasion in September 2005, and the girl was Milloy's student. Milloy is being held with no bond set as of yet.
