Donita Brady, teacher, arrested for criminal sexual conduct
Brady faces life terms in prison for the 1st degree charges, and up to 15 years for the second degree charges.
Since she taught in the same school district as the student she is alleged to have had sexual contact with, the first degree charges were upgraded from third degree, and her second degree charges were upgraded from fourth degree.
Brady has been teaching in the 1,000 student total district for 27 years.
Update -- 05/06/2008
Donita Brady's trial has been set for July 2nd, after she waived her arraignment.

You cannot trust this site to be accurate. I do not know if this person is innocent or guilty or if what is written is true, but I do know that he left out important facts when it came to me and he added his own mean and inaccurate opinion. He does not accurately portray the facts and he leaves out information that might make you believe the person is innocent. If you are here to hate teachers, stay here. If you want facts, go somewhere else. If you check out what he wrote about me and my comments, you will see what I mean. It was written on 3/25 and updated on 4/3.

i totally agree with you. this clown has the nerve to out these people (some accused and not convicted). once it's out there people take it to be fact. funny he has no problem outing people but no where on his site dose he list his name so we can google him and find his faults.
