Former band director Larry Scheer walks away on violent sex charges

Scheer was accused of forcing a 17 year old female student to perform a sex act on him in the band room after taking off her shirt and bra, and pulling his own pants down. The girl declined and she alleges after that, he forced her to perform the sexual act.
Allegedly 2 weeks later, Scheer closed the door to the band room with the same girl inside, and performed a forcible sex act on her. The exact details were not released.
The girls mother found voicemails of a sexual nature on her daughters cell phone, coming from a creepy ass old man, reportedly Scheer, and notified police.
Scheer plead guilty to the two counts of forcible sodomy and was sentenced to a suspended 20 year prison term. So basically, he walks free after raping a girl twice. He says he will surrender his teaching certificate and become a truck driver. I dunno what you guys know about truck stops, but those places are a haven for weird sex crimes, so this son of a bitch should fit right in.
