Former teacher Amy Lee Kelly pleads to sex with two 15 year old boys

41 year old former teacher at Bacich Elementary School, in Kentfield, California has pleaded guilty to one count of oral copulation of a person under 18 years old and one misdemeanor count of battery. Kelly was first arrested in August 2007, after, stay with us here, Kellys friends daughter caught Kelly in the daughters bed, twice, with two different 15 year old boys.

Allegedly Kelly went to a friends house for a party, and got shatfaced. Afterwards, two boys came over to visit the daughter, and they too got shatfaced. According to one of the boys, Kelly invited him upstairs to the friends' daughters' bedroom, performed oral sex on him, and then the two had great drunk MILF sex.

Another boy told investigators that he and Kelly fondled each other in the bedroom, but never had sex. One of the boys was 50% sure in a lineup of women including Kelly, that it was Kelly he had fondled. The other boy said he was 90% sure that Kelly, in the lineup, was the woman he had sex with.

Shortly after she was arrested, her wonderful lawyer tried to say that Kelly was the victim of the two boys assaulting her.

Kelly was originally arrested on two counts of lewd acts upon a child and one count of unlawful sexual intercourse. She now faces up to 3 years in prison when she is sentenced on June 11th.
