Scott Riley53 year old Scott Riley, a former music teacher at win Lakes Elementary School, in Federal Way, Washington, who was convicted after an alleged sexual encounter with a student, has been arrested on sex charges once again. Scott Riley was arrested in July 2008 on charges of 1st degree child molestation, accused of molesting a 5 year old female relative.

The latest investigation for Riley began when he told his sexual deviancy treatment provider of the contact with the 5 year old girl, who is now 10. Riley admits to touching the girl sexually 5 years ago when she was staying overnight. The girl has also described what happened on that night. Riley is expected to be arraigned on these charges September 8th, 2008.

In May 2007, Riley was accused of inappropriately touching an 11 year old female student at the schools music room. It also came to light that Riley’s wife and the mother of his two children, also happens to be a former student of his, whom he married in February 1998, after she graduated in June 1997. They were divorced in 2002.

Riley avoided jail time for his May 2007 arrest, and avoided sex offender status as well. Good job, court system. Riley was ordered to not have any contact with minors unless supervised by an adult.
