Gregg Decker indicted after 3 years of charges

After being arrested in 2005, Gregg Decker, a former substitute teacher in the Southern Regional School District in Toms River, New Jersey has been indicted on charges of 1st degree aggravated sexual assault, 2nd degree sexual assault, 2nd degree official misconduct, 3rd degree endangering the welfare of a child and 3rd degree aggravated criminal sexual contact.

Decker has been free on a $50,000 bond since his 2005 arrest, and is just now facing these indictments. It is alleged that the girls mother went to police suspecting a sexual relationship between her 14 year old daughter and Decker.

Reportedly, while interviewing the girl, she confirmed the allegations. It is reported the alleged activity took place between January and February of 2005.
