Gym teacher Jamario Smith arrested for sexual assault

26 year old physical education teacher at Spalding High School in Griffin, Georgia, Jamario Smith, has been arrested on two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sodomy. Smith is accused of having a sexual encounter with an underage female student in May of 2008.

No further details are clear at this time, however it is reported that Smith took a job with the Upson County School District and would be starting in the 2008-2009 school year, however his position with the district will probably be terminated.
