Gym teacher in Maryland indicted for sex charges

The physical education teacher at Gaithesburg Elementary school, Tina Walker, has been indicted for counts of sexual battery with a juvenile and being an accessory.

The victim was not a student of hers, or a student at the school. Ages for neither the student nor the teacher have been released.

The teacher will start trial in May and will be facing up to 23 years in prison.
