Gymnastics instructor Daniel Zera arrested for sex with 13 year old girl

Daniel Zera, a 47 year old gymnastics instructor and owner of Back to Back Gymnastics at School at the St. Lawrence Centre Mall, in Massena, New York, has been arrested on 2 counts of 1st degree sexual abuse, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, 2 counts of unlawfully dealing with a child, and 1 count of unlawful imprisonment.

Zera is accused of having 2 13 year old girls at his house, where he gave them alcohol and then allegedly sexually assaulted on of the two girls. It is also reported that Zera allegedly would not let one of the girls call her parents, hence the false imprisonment charge.
