Herman Overcash, Principal arrested on charges of sex with female student

Overcash is accused of having a sexually intimate relationship on at least 2 occasions with a 17 year old female student. Overcash, who had served the school system for over 30 years, is being held on $250,000 bond.
Apparently his name is not indicative of his bank account.
Update -- 06/23/2008
Herman Overcash has plead guilty and receieved his sentence. Overcash will serve 6 months in jail with credit for time served, along with 3 consecutive prison sentences of 13 to 16 months suspended on 5 years of probation. Overcash will also have to register as a sex offender for at least 10 years, and undergo sex offender therapy, as well as pay restitution to the victim.
