Honors english teacher Jada Hendrix arrested for texting and sexing

Jada Hendrix, the former 23 year old honors english teacher at North DeSoto High School in Stonewall, Louisiana has reportedly been arrested on 1 count of molestation of a juvenile and another count of computer aided solicitation of a juvenile.
It is alleged that Hendrix sent sexually explicit text messages via cell phone to a 16 year old male student. It is further alleged that Hendrix had a sexual relationship with the boy, which is said to have occurred at her own home
Hendrix was investigated after her own boyfriend discovered the text messages that he believed were sent to the student, and alerted police officers. Subsequently, Hendrix turned herself into the authorities.
Hendrix has also reportedly resigned from the school. She is free on $10,000 bond.

I knew this girl back when I was going to college in Natchitoches, LA. I also had her as a friend on both MySpace and Facebook before I deleted both my profiles for them. I was surprised when I found this on here about her. The first thing I thought was that she has a child and does not need to do anything to ruin her life that could possibly cost her custody as a parent. I cannot understand why she would do this when she had a boyfriend she was very happy with. I will have to admit I was jealous she would rather have relations with an underage minor than me who is an adult two years older than her.
