Hot middle school teacher Janet Hughes arrested for sex with 16 year old boy

The batteree in question is a 16 year old student. A 16 year old middle school student. Undercover detectives found the two in a parked van in a church parking lot. Hughes admitted to investigators to kissing the boy in the van, as well as a previous sexual encounter. According to detectives, the two were lying on a blanket in the back of the van, "about to engage in sexual activity".
Conversations between the boy and Hughes were apparently released, from their time in the back of the police car. It is reported that the two tried to corroborate each others stories in advance.
Trial in this case has been postponed twice, both at the request of Hughes' attorneys. Hughes was arrested in August 2007, and permitted to leave the state to Washington to live with her mother.
The next eligible date to postpone trial will be September 29th 2008.
