Husband and wife teachers arrested for assaulting 15 year old student

Kevin Holladay, 42, and his wife, 34 year old Marta Holladay, both teachers at Bardstown High School in Bardstown, Kentucky have been arrested in connection with the assault of a 15 year old female student.

Kevin was arrested after allegedly kissing the student on her bare breast, as well as allegedly trying to rip the girls clothes off. He was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor, a felony, and misdemeanor sexual abuse.

His wife, Marta, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor assault after allegedly grabbing the girl by her hair, shouting obscenities at her, and then pushing her.

The arrests come after a long investigation starting in 2007. The two both resigned from the school in April 2007, effective at the end of this school year.
