Somewhat hot teacher, 25 year old Janet Fackovec, the teachers assistant for special ed kids at Stall High School, in North Charleston, South Carolina has pleaded guilty and received a 6 year suspended prison sentence, with 90 days to serve.

Fackovec was accused of having sex with a male student over the age of 16 in October 2007. She was arrested on 3 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, in 2 separate counties.

She served 6 days in jail after being released on bond, and will therefore serve an additional 84 days in jail. She will not have to register as a sex offender.
