Jason Simmons36 year old Jason Simmons, the special needs teacher at Northmont Middle School, in Clayton, Ohio and assistant coach for football and track at the high school, has pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual battery.

In exchange for his guilty plea, 3 counts of sexual misconduct with a student were dropped. Simmons is accused of having sex with a 14 year old female student 3 times.

Simmons is facing up to 5 years per charge, and will also be a tier 3 sex offender, meaning he will have to report his address to the authorities for life.
