Dempsey is accused with having an ongoing sexual relationship with a 16 year old student at Oswego High School in Oswego, New York.
Dempsey was suspended from teaching 2 months ago when parents complained of her sending 'inappropriate electronic messages' to '3 or 4 children'. Text or email? Not sure.
Dempsey returns to court on April 3rd.
