John Rasberry sentenced to 13-16 months for sex with student
Rasberry was sentenced to 13 to 16 months in prison, suspended depending upon 36 months of probation. He must also register as a sex offender and perform 200 hours of community service.
Rasberry allegedly had sex with the 17 year old girl between October and December 2007.
