The charges involve a 14 year old girl, with Brekne having sex with her both in her own Pennsylvania home, and in the girls New Jersey home.
In Pennsylvania, Brekne is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors. In New Jersey, she is charged with second-degree sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.
Brekne agreed to plead guilty in Pennsylvania to five counts of aggravated indecent assault.
In New Jersey, Brekne rejected a plea which would have required her to serve up to 10 years in prison.
Man, this woman knows how to ruin a life or two.

Keri Ann Brekne has pleaded guilty to second degree sexual assault in her New Jersey case. Along with facing 50 years in prison for her Pennsylvania crimes, she is facing 10 years in New Jersey.
