Kerry Foulk, Substitute, pleads guilty to sex with female student

Kerry Foulk, the 47 year old former substitute teacher at Nederland High School in Nederland, Texas has plead guilty to charges of indecency with a child. Foulk was accused of having sexual contact with a 14 year old girl in September of 2006.

So what is Ms. Foulk getting for pleading guilty to a sexual felony? 10 year of probation, and she must pay restitution. Outstanding. What's better? After the 14 year old girls came forward with the allegations, numerous other students came forward as well with similar allegations, but charges were never filed in their cases. Super outstanding. Thankfully, Foulk will still have to register as a sex offender.

Foulk will be sentenced next month given the judge approves her guilty plea.
