Kristopher Sennett36 year old former assistant principal at Wayne High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Kristopher Sennett, was arrested on charges of child seduction. He is alleged to be in a relationship with a 17 year old female student.

The girls parents found email correspondence between the two, and went to school administrators with them. Sennett was subsequently arrested.

The email’s include things such as Sennett saying:
The age thing between us, I really don’t think about it a whole lot ‘cuz it just doesn’t seem to be a huge distraction. This relationship is so real that I don’t think of you being that much younger.

The girls reply:
You are so right. The age difference isn’t even anything anymore. I feel so grown up I can’t even believe I’m only 17.

Sennett has not admitted nor have investigators found any evidence to point to their relationship having been sexual, which is why he is charged with child seduction.

It took the school board 20 seconds to fire the teacher at a vote on March 25th. Sennett is due back in court in April.

Sennett has plead guilty to 2 counts of child seduction. At sentencing Sennett will face from 6 months to 6 years in prison, as well as sex offender status for 10 years.
