Music teacher Daniel Frick arrested for inappropriate behavior with student

Daniel Frick, the 38 year old Music teacher at Morristown Central School in Morristown, New York has been arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Frick is accused of having a really bad last name, as well as having an inappropriate but not necessarily sexual relationship with a female student.
It is alleged that Frick held hands, kissed, and inappropriately touched the girl between July and October of 2007. Frick was being held on $10,000 bond, and has been suspended by the school.
Update — 08/07/2008
Frick has pleaded guilty to child-endagerment, a misdemeanor. Frick will be sentenced October 2nd, 2008.

He later admitted to having sex with the student, once she was 17, IN THE SCHOOL. Where is this additional information?

I always had a crush on Mr. Frick and although I am certain he knew about it, he never acted upon it. I always respect him for that as well as for the influence he brought on both my musical and high school career. He always pushed me to succeed and would gently chide me when he knew I could do better.
I am sorry to see that he lacked the self-respect to say NO, although I think the real victims were his wife and children; not the teenager who knew right from wrong.
