Nestor Mora30 year old Nestor Mora, a teachers aide at Pioneer Middle School in Wenatchee, Washington has been charged with third-degree rape of a child, third-degree child molestation and with possessing child pornography.

Mora, who has been talked to by school administration before these allegations, has been charged with these crimes against a 14 year old boy at the school. Mora admitted to performing oral sex on the child and kissing him as well.

I don’t like to judge a book by the cover or anything, but jesus christ almighty, look at this guy. He pretty much screams child molester.

Nestor Mora has pleaded guilty to third-degree child molestation, third-degree rape of a child and possessing depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

He is facing up to 4 years in prison.

Update — 06/21/2008
Nestor Mora was sentenced to 17 months in prison. The federal prosecutors have amended his case of receiving child pornography to another charge of possession of child pornography.

Nestor Mora has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his federal charge, receiving child pornography via the internet. The judge ran this sentence consecutive to Moras previous 17 month sentence for child rape, child molestation and luring.
