Richard Prusha49 year old Richard Prusha, a former teacher at Harrison Junior High School in Scio, Ohio has plead guilty and been sentenced to 30 days in jail and 18 months probation for his charge of criminal tresspassing.

Prusha was originally charged with menacing by stalking when he struck a last minute deal with prosecutors. Prusha allegedly stuck love letters and gifts into a 13 year old girls locker at the school in April 2007.

Prusha will also be expected to pay $300 restitution to the victim.
