Special Ed. teacher Ralph Hough given 5 years for oral sex with male student
31 year old Ralph Hough, a special education aide at Socastee High School in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina was sentenced to 5 years in prison for lewd acts against a minor less than 16 years old.
In March 2007 Hough was arrested for criminal sexual conduct with a minor for reportedly performing oral sex on a boy in his care, in Hough’s home. His guilty plea got his charges dropped down to the lewd and lascivious charge.
Hough claims that he ’simulated’ oral sex on the boy. How exactly does one ’simulate’ oral sex? I’d love to know. Maybe I could convince my girlfriend to simulate oral sex on me. What’s weird is, the boy also confirms that Hough did not actually perform sex acts upon him. But then again…the kid is in a special ed class for a reason.
