Substitute Sarah Bridges arrested for rape and sodomy of middle school student

Police and school officials have not released any information regarding the age or sex of the alleged victim, other than the fact that Bridges and the student had sexual intercourse away from school grounds in March of 2008.
Bridges was released on bond of an unknown amount, after being suspended from the school district.

Sarah Bridges has been sentenced to 60 days in jail, of which the district attorney says she will probably released after 10 days due to overcrowding, 5 years of probation and a $1,000 fine.
Hopefully the role for 'elasti-teacher' is still open, so she can get some work.

Sarah Bridges has plead guilty and been sentenced to 3rd degree rape and 3rd degree sodomy. Her sentence was 60 days in jail, one year in probation, and $1,000 costs, fines, fees, and restitution.
But wait, what's that? There's no room in the jail? Awww shucks. Guess she'll just wait for some vacancies! That's right, Bridges has not yet started serving her sentence due to overcrowding, and the Deputy District Attorney has been quoted as saying that her jail time would likely be shortened due to the overcrowding. Sounds like Eugene is a good place to go on a crime spree short of murder or armed robbery. Steal some old ladies' purses or something, get jail time you'll never serve, because of the 9 million meth addicts in the jail system. (completely made up number).
