Sorry. Now that that is out of the way, we’ll get on with the story. Dumbass 34 year old Cesar Rivero, a substitute teacher in Newark, New Jersey, is facing charges of attempted endangering the welfare or a minor, luring, and attempted sexual assault.

It is alleged that Rivero was talking to what he thought was a 14 year old girl from a neighboring county, when he set up a time and place to meet the girl, the police were waiting there for him, as always. Why don’t you have a seat over there?

This time it was the work of the prosecution’s Computer Crimes Task Force. Seemingly built for dumbass teachers and dumbass dumbasses all over the nation, who can’t seem to get it through their head, that the police are on to them, and 99.99999% of the time, it’s not a 14 year old girl at the other end of your Ethernet cable.

Rivero is being held on a $100,000 bond. No word yet on whether the prosecution plans to charge him with 1st degree dumbassery.
