Fidler is accused of having sex with a 16 year old student. The sex is alleged to have happened at fidlers home in June 2007.
Reportedly, her home is up for sale with nobody in it, and her court summons is still hanging on her door. Did she run away with another 16 year old student? We'll keep you posted.

Fidler has plead guilty to the charges and released on her on recognizance. She is due back in court on April 30th.

Tabitha Fidler has plead guilty to two charges of sexual battery. She will face sentencing July 14th, 2008.

Tabatha Fidler has been sentenced to two years in prison.
