Teacher Jami Lish arrested for raping male student

Jami Lish, a might-be-hot-but-I'll-let-you-call-it 27 year old teacher at Bear River High School in Garland, Utah has been charged with 1st degree rape of a 17 year old male student.

Lish is accused of having one sexual encounter with a 17 year old boy in her home. Reportedly, Lish's husband, who she is currently in the process of divorcing, found text messages on her cell phone suggesting an inappropriate relationship, and notified the authorities.

It is also reported that the alleged victims mother, along with the victim of course, maintain Lish's innocence, saying that they are just "Friends.". I have a feeling this case will end up in either dropped charges, or an all-out acquittal, but still. Friends? With your 27 year old teacher? I'm not buyin it. Then again, I am getting old, and the things kids and almost-adults do nowadays never ceases to amaze me, so who knows.
