Erica Gonzales33 year old Erica Gonzales, a teachers aide for special education students at Kress High School in Kress, Texas was indicted on a charge of improper relationship between educator and student. Gonzales and the 17 year old boy were both subpoenaed to appear at the grand jury hearing on April 30th, 2008, after a 2 month long investigation by Texas Rangers. It is not clear whether or not Chuck Norris was involved. But if Chuck Norris wanted to be involved, he would have been. He can sneeze without closing his eyes.

All that aside, it was uncovered that the boy and Gonzales had sex in January, and investigators believe the two had sex on more occasions. It is also reported that Gonzales had sexual relationships with more than one student. Gonzales’ husband also worked at the school, and has since resigned from his position.

Erica Gonzales has been sentenced to 6 years on probation after pleading guilty to improper relations between an educator and a student. Gonzales will not be required to register as a sex offender.
