Virgil Harper arrested for inappropriately touching students

Virgil Harper, 65 year old substitute teacher at Powell Elementary in Azusa, California, has been arrested on 10 counts of lewd acts with children.
The first day he taught at the school, he allegedly touched students improperly during class. The students who were affected by Harper then told their regular teachers of the incidents, who then reported the allegations to authorities.
Harper is being held in the city jail pending bond hearing. Prosecutors are requesting a one million dollar bond.

You cannot trust this site to be accurate. I do not know if this person is innocent or guilty or if what is written is true, but I do know that he left out important facts when it came to me and he added his own mean and inaccurate opinion. He does not accurately portray the facts and he leaves out information that might make you believe the person is innocent. If you are here to hate teachers, stay here. If you want facts, go somewhere else. If you check out what he wrote about me, and my comments, you will see what I mean. It was written on 3/25 and updated on 4/3.
