Zachary Loavenbruck pleads to having sex with an 18 year old student

Zachary Loavenbruck, a 31 year old teacher at Glastonbury High School, in Glastonbury, Connecticut has pleaded no contest to coercion. Loavenbruck was originally charged with 2nd degree sexual assault of a student, however she reportedly did not cooperate with prosecutors.

Loavenbruck was originally arrested in 2006 after the girls ex boyfriend told the girls mother about her relationship with Loavenbruck, that he found out they were having a sexual relationship by reading her email. Her mother then went to police.

Loavenbruck was sentenced to 2 years of probation, and a 1 year suspended jail sentence.
